Today marks the 20th anniversary of the William and Rosemary Gallagher Business Building dedication on the University of Montana campus. “This is an important day for the business school,” said Dean Christopher Shook. “We’ve enjoyed many milestones in the history of SoBA, and this building certainly is one of the most important.”

With the construction of the Gallagher building and the business school's partnerships with corporate giants such as Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard, SoBA has been able to provide students with a technology-enriched learning environment. “We continue to be at the leading edge of technology and offer the best resources for students, faculty and staff,” Shook said.

This past year SoBA remodeled and updated areas in the lower level of Gallagher building based on student input. On October 6, the school celebrated the grand opening of the Moss Adams Lounge and on December 1 will celebrate the grand opening of the Gianchetta Student Success Center. “We’re just warming up in preparation for the business school’s 100 year anniversary in 2018,” said the dean.
