Greg Stahl has more than 25 years experience with various high-tech companies in the Silicon Valley. Most recently he served as Vice President of Fulfillment Operations at Netflix the world's largest online DVD rental service. During his tenure at Netflix, he was responsible for all distribution logistics, and involved in DVD standards with the motion picture studios and DVD manufacturers. He initiated patents involving the Netflix process.
Stahl was employed in the start-up phases of four successful companies that went public [IPO] (Netflix, Verbatim, Read-Rite, and Domain Technology); the then-largest merger in Silicon Valley history (Seagate & Conner Peripherals); and the largest Silicon Valley start-up failure (Candescent Technology). He was part of the transition team when Western Digital acquired Tandon and entered the Disk Drive Industry.
Greg started his professional career at Contadina Foods. Stahl has held Vice President, Director and Manager Positions in Production and Operations, Information Technology, Quality Control, and Materials Management. Greg also managed several offshore sites in Asia.
Greg earned his B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Montana in 1982 while working at Lambros Realty. He relocated back to Missoula in 2004, where he is actively involved in community services and business mentoring.
He is currently involved with several non-profit groups including serving on the Board of Directors of The University of Montana's Alumni Association, American Indian Business Leaders, Community Medical Center Foundation, Pineview Park, Tom Green Memorial Park, and is also a member of The Rattlesnake Bear Task Force and Missoula Sunrise Rotary.
