Dr. Andreason has taught courses in Management and Organizational
Behavior; International Business; Cross-cultural Management; the
Seminar in International Issues; Human Resource (Personnel)
Management; Consumer Behavior; Personnel Psychology; Industrial
Psychology; Business and Society; Japanese Management; International
Dimensions of organizational Behavior and several graduate and
undergraduate seminars.
Dr. Andreason has lived and traveled extensively in North America
and Europe; he served in the Army in Vietnam and has twice been an
exchange professor at Toyo University in Tokyo, Japan - August 1996
to June 1997 and June-August 2005. He is interested in foreign
languages and cultures. Primary research interests
include all aspects of the expatriate experience - from recruitment,
selection and training to in-country adjustment and final
repatriation into the home country culture and
organization. Research studies have also focused on the changing
nature of work and societies.
